Our Process

1.) First step, we meet with you and find out what type and size of building that you want. Then go over the options that we offer like color choices, insulation, entry doors, garage and/or rollup Doors, windows, gutters, etc. For example, we are typically a post frame metal builder, however, if you want a different exterior such as cedar with porches on all sides, we can do that for you. Then once you have chosen the building that meets the needs to make your life easier, we find The perfect spot for it on your land, flag the location and determine the amount of dirt needed for your project. 2.) Once your choices are made and your pad is complete, we give you the next available start date which is typically 2- 4 weeks, depending on the season. Then our building process begins using quality American made steel to frame your building. 3.) Next step is the concrete stage where we provide a true 4 inch 3000psi rebar reinforced concrete slab with moisture barrier and aprons are included at all doors. 4.) After the concrete process, we install your metal. At this stage, doors, windows, insulation, cupolas, weathervanes and any other choices or additions that you wanted for your building are also installed. Last installations are garage doors and gutters to complete your building if you choose these options. Everyone needs or wants extra storage.
